Who we email

Harris County homeowners whose home is on HCAD's public appraisal roll. We only write to an email address that matches the owner named on the deed and passes an address check.

What we send

A short series of plain-text emails about protesting your property value. No attachments and no tracking pixels, and the first emails carry no links. Replies go to a real person, and we read every one.

How to stop

Reply "stop", or just say no in your own words, and you won't hear from us again. We take you off every list the same day.

What we never do

• Sell or share our email list.
• Email you after you've asked us to stop.
• Pretend to be HCAD or any government office.

Reply to the email you got and tell us what happened. We read every reply. How we handle your information is in our privacy policy.
