Who we are

Texas Property Protest is a service of The Ambrose Group. It helps Harris County homeowners protest the value the Harris Central Appraisal District (HCAD) puts on their home, and The Ambrose Group files every protest.

What we collect

What you give us. Your first name, email and home address when you join our list, and anything you write when you reply to us.
Public records. HCAD's appraisal roll: the owner's name, the property address and the values HCAD set.
Email addresses from a data provider. We match a homeowner's name on the deed to an email address, and we only write to an address that matches the owner.
How people use this site. Pages viewed and device type, through PostHog analytics, which uses a cookie.

To file your protest once you sign up.
To answer your questions.

Who we share it with

The services we use to run our email, forms and analytics. We don't sell your information.

Your choices

Reply "stop" to any email from us and you won't hear from us again.
Reply "delete" and we'll remove what we hold about you, except what we must keep to file a protest you've already signed up for.
